Brannon was taken into custody and arraigned on Tuesday night, Dec. 17, according to York County Central Booking records. He had been wanted for the Dec. 12 robbery on the 1100 block of Rampart Avenue, where an elderly woman was attacked and had her purse stolen, West York Borough Police Department said.
Rebecca E. Santiago, 36, who acted as a lookout during the robbery, was previously arrested and is being held at York County Prison.
WYBPD thanked the public for their help in identifying the suspects, noting the overwhelming number of tips received during the investigation.
Brannon's preliminary hearing is being scheduled, court documents were unavailable at the time of publishing.
